Availability
Danville is the far end of the regular coverage at about twenty-two minutes, reached down Danville Blvd or I-680 past Alamo. The usual jobs are rekeys and lock replacements in the developments east of town and around Blackhawk, smart lock installs on doors where a builder keypad has stopped answering, shop and restaurant hardware on Hartz Ave and the streets off it, and car keys or fobs cut and programmed in a driveway rather than towed to a dealer.
Say whether the property is inside a gated development and how the van is cleared at the entrance, since that is usually the longest part of the visit rather than the drive.
Danville is at the edge of our valley coverage, so arrival runs about 22 minutes. Every service and price on this site applies there without a distance surcharge.

FAQ
Asked about Danville
Danville is the far edge of the map. What does that mean in practice?+
About twenty-two minutes down Danville Blvd or I-680 past Alamo, and a window quoted honestly rather than optimistically. Nothing is added to the price for the drive. If the address sits inside a gated development, the entrance usually costs more time than the road does, so say how the van gets cleared when you call.
The builder keypad on our door has stopped responding. Replace it or repair it?+
Both are on the table and the choice is described before anything is unscrewed. Many builder units come back once the battery contacts are cleaned and the lock is re-paired. Others were discontinued and have no support left, and those are replaced inside the published smart lock range with your codes set up before the technician leaves.

Calls answered 24/7. The visit, the labor and the parts are inside the figure you hear, and that figure is the one on the receipt. Ninety days on the workmanship.
