The walk-through covers the door count, the existing cylinders, who needs to open what, and whether readers and fobs make more sense than keys for the tenants who turn over. You get an itemized quote with a per-door breakdown, and that quote is what gets invoiced. Weekend and after-hours work in an empty building is arranged in advance at the same figures.
